What a brilliant idea this is - a pressurised hot water shower system for when you're out and about.

As well as using RoadShower as a regular shower system, including for example washing off sea salt, these units are often used for cleaning the mud off bikes, or indeed to clean up muddy dogs before the journey home.

If you fill the aluminium tank from your domestic supply (hot or cold) via the garden hose adapter you'll pressurise the tank at the same time as filling it; otherwise it's pressurised with a hand or electric pump to a maximum 55 psi. The water tank absorbs the sun's heat so on sunny holiday days it will reach a very satisfactory temperature.
